Excessive discharge of washed-out sand will cause environmental pollution. In order to solve the problems mentioned above, our company develops the WS series washed-out sand recovering system. This system is the fine material recovery device possessing advanced level in the world which absorbs advanced technology from the abroad and combines with our actual condition. It is widely used in hydropower station dinas aggregate processing system, glass raw material processing system, artificial sand production line, recycling and environmental engineering (mud purification) of coarse slime for the coal preparation plant and so on, and can solve the problems of fine sand recovery effectively. Slurry pump conveys sand and water mixture to cyclone and fine sand, which has been centrifugal classification concentrated supplies to vibration sieve by sink spit. After the dehydration by the vibration sieve, fine sand and water are effectively separated. A small amount of fine sand, mud etc. will go back to the wash tank by the box. When the washing tank liquid level is too high, they will discharge by the outlet line, and the linear vibrating screen material recovery weight concentration is 70%-85%. The fineness modulus can be achieved by changing pump speed, the mortar density, adjusting the overflow water and replacing the sand mouth so as to complete the three functions of cleaning, dewatering and classification.
