1. Novel, unique, simple and reasonable structure brings balanced and low cost operation.

2. The main structure of cone crushers is made by casting steel;Stiffeners are set on the high stress points of overload parts.

3. Drive shafts at two sides are equipped with tapered roller bearings; power drive is completed by overload bevel gear and bearing pedestal use skeleton-type sealing ring to prevent leakage of lubrication oil.

4. The Cone crusher has inner and outer copper sleeve (i.e., inside and outside copper),a steel made spherical seating and a spherical copper. The dust proof ring can be floated by the spring inside the spercial seating to play a regulatory role during the running of operation.

5. The Cone crusher is equipped with hydraulic adjusting mechnism to quickly adjust the size of the machine’s discharge opening.

6. Hydraulic cavity clean structure is the standard configuration of the cone crusher, which is completed by several cavity clean fuel tanks placed on the baseboard of the main body. 

7. The cone crusher provides "spring-type"iron-overload release protection.

8. The cone crusher adopts an external lubrication system including oil pump,fuel tank and piping. When oil temperature is too high or oil flow rate is too slow, the cone crusher will shut off automatically.
